On today’s Dr. Oz Show, Dr. Oz talked about lies in the food and supplement industry. One supplement he talked about was omega-3. Now he didn’t say anything about not taking omega-3, but more about the source of omega-3. The source most people know about for omega-3 is fish. He brought up the source of algae.

Dr. Oz Algae Oil

Dr. Oz said that we should be getting omega-3 from Algae Oil instead of Fish Oil. Now I am a huge fan of fish oil, so I am am little skeptical. Kelly, an audience member, told Dr Oz that she took fish oil every morning for the omega 3 for skin and heart health. (Good for you!) Dr Oz says that fish oil is good but you don’t’ have to take fish oil to get omega 3s. Try algae oil instead. Algae oil is inexpensive and actually good for the environment.

I guess this is true, but I think it’s all in the way it processed. (Don’t but Costco fish oil!)

Where to Buy Algae Oil?

You can buy Algae Oil for just $23.99

Supplementsontv.com is not affiliated with the Dr. Oz Show in any way. I am just a person that enjoys watching the show and talking about the supplements talked about.
